FORD HORIZON Registration and Event Privacy Policy

The Ford Horizon website (the "Website") is operated on behalf of Ford Motor Company Limited (“we”) by Imagination. This Website and event (“Event”) Privacy Policy will help you understand what personal information we collect through the Website and our Events, why we collect it and what we do with it.

If you register for an Event managed by a Ford affiliate other than us, that Ford Affiliate will be the data controller of your Event data. Their details and privacy policy will be available to you on the relevant Event registration page.

Information We Collect, Process and Use

You may give us information about yourself and any guest by filling in forms on the Website, for example, when you request an account or any services. The information may include your name, email, user ID, password, telephone number, home address, emergency contact details, dietary requirements/ allergies, medical information and passport/ ID. We process and use this data to create and manage your account, your registration and attendance at an Event, including any travel and hotel arrangements and any other services that you have requested.

When you view the Website, we do not collect any personal data from you but, through cookies or similar technologies, we are able to analyse usage of our Website. For example, we can see the total number of people who have visited the Website and how they have moved around the Website. This aggregated information helps us to understand how our Website is used and how we can make develop and improve the content and layout so that it is more attractive to our visitors. How We Share Information

In order to create and manage your account, registration and attendance at the Event, we may share personal information obtained through the Website with our affiliates ('our affiliates' means the group of companies related to us by common control or ownership) and external service providers (including Imagination) who are subject to agreements that oblige them to only use the personal information as we instruct and to keep it securely.

If you have asked us to organise and book your flight to the Event, your name, passport and email details may be shared with American Express Global Business Travel (“Amex”) for these purposes. Amex will use this information in accordance with their privacy policy available at Where we use another partner agency for an Event, their details will be provided to you on the relevant Event registration page, where applicable.

We may also share personal information obtained through the Website in order to comply with a legal requirement or requests from public authorities; to protect or defend our or another's rights or property; to protect individuals' personal safety; or to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, safety, or privacy issues.

Where Information is Stored

Your personal information may be transferred within the European Economic Area (“EEA”), as well as to countries outside the EEA (including to the USA).
